Morgana Studios, a leading animation studio
based in Madrid with a portfolio that includes
collaborations with Netflix, Nike, and other global
brands, aimed to expand their presence in the
digital space. Their goal was to build a dedicated
community and sell digital collectibles inspired
by their creative work. The challenge was to craft
a marketing and content strategy that aligned
with their brand while driving engagement and
sales.
Solution
I developed and implemented a marketing and
content strategy focused on building a strong
online presence, engaging the community, and
promoting their digital collectibles. Through
targeted campaigns, storytelling, and community-driven content, Morgana Studios successfully built a community of 20,000 members and achieved $150,000 in profit from digital collectible sales.
